If you run into any issues trying to place an order then you can try these things:

1. Try out a private window or incognito window and see if the issue continues.

2. Try a different browser. Using Firefox? See if Chrome works instead.

3. Try ordering on your phone.

4. Email me to let me know you are having an issue. I am a one person team, so it is not always easy to catch issues right away. You emailing me lets me know there is an issue!

A: Yes! Currently I am shipping to Canada through my Etsy shop. For all shipping information, make sure to read my shipping and returns page.

We’re passionate about sustainability too! All products are shipped in recycled and recyclable kraft paper mailers from EcoEnclose. Weaving pouches and totes also include interior glassine packaging for extra protection. Glassine bags are paper and can be recycled and/ or composted!

We also try to limit the amount of single use plastics as much as possible. Right now, your kit may ship with either a small plastic zip top bag or a small glassine bag for your embroidery needles. When all zip top bags have been exhausted, we will be permanently switching to glassine bags. In the meantime, we hope you continue to use your plastic bag to keep it out of the landfill!

Beyond that, all kits boxes are recyclable, but they are also sturdy enough to continue to house your supplies or be reused for a new purpose.
