General Shipping Policies
Please ensure that your address is entered correctly when you checkout. I do not manually enter addresses for shipping – they transfer directly from your checkout page to my shipping software. Any extra charges incurred during shipping due to an incorrect address are YOUR responsibility.
I receive discounted shipping prices through my shipping software and I pass those savings on to you! Please understand that I do not set these prices. What you pay is what it costs me to ship your orders.
Your purchases will be packed and shipped within 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday excluding US holidays) and will arrive via USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days) or USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 days). Shipping times are an ESTIMATE and Warped Fibers is not responsible for shipments that arrive later than estimated. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your kit has shipped.
Stickers will ship within 1- 5 business days (Monday – Friday excluding US holidays) via USPS First Class Mail. You will receive an email when your sticker(s) ship. You WILL NOT receive tracking for sticker purchases unless purchased with a larger product.

International shipping is currently limited to Canada. If you live in another country and are interested in purchasing from the Warped Fibers Shop please email [email protected] to show your interest!
Please be aware that you may have to pay a customs fee and/ or taxes when your package arrives in your country, these fees and taxes are YOUR responsibility and will not be included in the product cost or shipping fee.
Shipping rates are set by the carrier that is shipping your orders (in this case USPS). In an effort to help make ordering from my shop more affordable for international customers I have subsidized your shipping by a few dollars. Please understand that doing so decreases my profits from each sale. While your shipping may still seem high, you are not even paying the full amount it costs me to get your products to you.
Kits will ship within 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday excluding US holidays) via USPS First Class Package International. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your kit has shipped. Shipping is estimated to be about 15 days from the day it is shipped NOT ordered.
Stickers will ship within 1- 5 business days (Monday – Friday excluding US holidays) via USPS First Class Mail International . You will receive an email when your sticker(s) ship. You WILL NOT receive tracking for sticker purchases unless purchased with a kit.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange – only shop credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected].
